Credit Card
We accept: VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, American Express and JCB.
All credit card data is encrypted using SSL to ensure maximum security.
Your credit card will be authorized when we ship your order.
You can submit new credit card information for a particular order if the order has not yet entered the shipping process.
For further information, go HERE . If you do not have a available credit card within 2 weeks after the authorization failed, your order will be automatically canceled.

As for the orders placed after March 1, 2012, you can register up to 3 of your credit card information on HMV&BOOKS online.
Your credit card information will be held in the strictest confidence on QUICK COLLECTION SERVISE provided by LOYALTY MARKETING, INC. in the environments of NTT DATA Corporation.


COD (Cash on Delivery)
COD orders will enable you to pay for the order when the items are delivered. A handling fee of 330 yen will be charged for each COD payment. If you fail to collect your COD order shipment you may not be able to select COD payment method from your next order. Please note that COD payment option is available for orders of up to 100,000yen.
* e-Collect Service will not be available. (Cash Only)


Convenience Store / Pay-easy / Internet Banking / Edy Payment
When your order is ready for shipment we will notify you via e-mail. Please select your choice of payment from the list of payment method. Your order is usually shipped the following day of your payment.

Lawson and other payment methods that are currently available are as following:
Convenience Store: Convenience Store Settlement Service (Lawson, Family Mart, Seicomart, Circle K Sunkus, Mini Stop, and Daily Yamazaki/Yamazaki Daily Store.
Pay-easy : Pay-easy Settlement Service (Online Banking, Mobile Banking, ATM via Yuucho Bank and the banks that handle Pay-Easy settlement.)
Internet Banking: Internet Banking Settlement Service (Internet Banking Payment of eBank Corporation, Japan)
Edy: Electronic Money Settlement Service (Payment of Edy / Mobile Edy)

Sign in to your Chocom account and process your payment.

au Easy Payment
au Easy Payment is a payment method which can be selected when purchased by au Smart Phone or PC. By registering to au ID, the payment can be combined with your monthly au bill.
You will receive a payment request mail when the order is ready for shipping. Your order will be shipped when the payment is complete.
Please complete your payment from the link on the mail or "Order History" from your account.

Due to au regulation if you have exceeded your monthly limit, this method can not be selected.

PayPal
For orders to addresses in Japan, an account will be required to select PayPal and must be confirmed on PayPal website.
If changes are made after the order is confirmed, reconfirmation on PayPal website will be required.
The payment will be complete when the order is shipped.

The maximum price of items using PayPal is 100,000 yen (tax incl.).

LINE Pay
For orders to addresses in Japan, an account will be required to select LINE Pay and must be confirmed on LINE website.
The payment will be complete when the order is shipped.

*LINE Pay can not be used for items shipped overseas (EMS).
*The maximum price of items using PayPal is 100,000 yen (tax incl.).
*You are not able to select Split Delivery/ Timed Delivery.
