If you use the "Convenience Store Pickup" option, it will take approximately 3 to 5 days for your order to arrive at the specified pickup location after payment confirmation.
You can use Lawson (excluding some stores) and Ministop for convenience store pickup. Once all items in your order have arrived and are ready for shipment, we will process the shipment to your specified pickup location after payment
confirmation. After the items are shipped, an email titled "Notification of Convenience Store Pickup Start for Your Order" will be sent, usually within 3 to 5 days (depending on the delivery area), detailing the pickup method and "pickup period."
If you do not receive an email from us, please check your spam settings or set email@hmv.co.jp as a trusted sender.
Additionally, if you use Gmail, emails related to pickup may be automatically sorted into the Promotions folder or other folders by Gmail.
Please check other folders as well.
To pick up your items, please refer to the details in the email and visit the specified convenience store. The pickup location will be the store you selected at the time of order. Please note that there is no shipping fee for convenience store pickup.
Compared to home delivery, the delivery may be delayed by a few days, so if you need to receive your items urgently, we recommend using home delivery.
Convenience store pickup is available for orders of up to 15 items.
Convenience store pickup is available only for items released within one year.
If it is found during the preparation stage that the size of the order exceeds the regulations for convenience store pickup, we will send a notification requesting a change to home delivery.
Items will be packaged in cardboard or envelopes. Please note that items will be handed over in their packaging at the store.
The pickup period is 7 days after the items arrive at the pickup location. Please check the "Pickup Start Notification Email" or your order history on My Page for details.
Convenience store pickup is only available for single shipments. If you order reserved items together, the shipment will be made once all items are available.
Some items, such as LPs and large box sets, cannot be picked up at convenience stores.
Even if the number of items purchased falls below 15 due to partial cancellation after confirming the home delivery order, you cannot change to convenience store pickup.
Convenience store pickup does not accept payments via online gift certificates, cash on delivery, deferred payment (Paidy), or PayPal. Additionally, even if there is a delay in the arrival of some items, you cannot change to split delivery.
You cannot change the pickup location after the items have arrived.
If you use Ponta points for payment, you cannot change from home delivery to convenience store pickup.
For orders paid by credit card on or after March 31, 2025, you cannot change from home delivery to convenience store pickup or vice versa after placing the order.
Convenience store pickup is not available if your registered address is overseas.
Convenience store pickup is not available for orders placed without membership registration.
The pickup period cannot be extended under any circumstances.
If you do not pick up your items within the pickup period, your order will be canceled after the items are returned, and the amount will be refunded via online gift certificate, deducting a "refund fee of 600 yen." Payment fees, shipping fees, and
other non-product costs will not be refunded. The refund process will take approximately 3 to 4 weeks after the return of the items. (This does not apply to orders placed via @Loppi. Please note in advance.)
Convenience store pickup is not available for orders from other mall stores (Rakuten Ichiba, Yahoo! Shopping, auPAY Market, Amazon Marketplace).
