Items will be shipped the day after payment is completed.
For back-ordered items and pre-ordered items, we will send you an email requesting payment after the item arrives.
The payment deadline is 10 days from the start date of payment acceptance.
In addition, the payment number will be displayed on the website and in your order history at the same time as the email is sent.
If you cannot check the email, please check your order history.

Pay-easy : Pay-easy payment (online banking, mobile banking, ATM payments at banks that support Pay-easy, and Japan Post Bank)
Internet banking: Internet banking payment (Internet banking payments at Rakuten Bank (formerly E-Bank) and Japan Net Bank)
Edy: Electronic money Edy payment (Edy, Mobile Edy payment) Rakuten Edy reader that can use Edy / FeliCa port / Pasori (Edy A PC-compatible mobile device (smartphone or tablet) with the Rakuten Ichiba Viewer installed.

If payment is not made within the payment deadline, your order will be automatically canceled and an email will be sent to inform you that your payment has expired. If you wish to make a new order, please place a new order. Please note that we may not be able to accept reorders depending on the product's availability.
*If you have an order that was canceled without payment when using convenience store payment, you may not be able to use convenience store payment when placing an order.
*Please note that payments cannot be made at Seven-Eleven stores.
*The maximum product amount that can be ordered at one time is 300,000 yen including tax.
*If you use "Home Delivery" or "Ministop Pickup" as your pick-up method, we will not send you a payment confirmation email.
