If you are unable to check your email, one of the following may be the cause.
《Cause》
1. You cannot receive emails from "email@hmv.co.jp" due to your email settings.
2. Emails are automatically sorted into the "Spam" or "Promotions" folder.
3. The email address entered when placing your order is incorrect.
4. An old email address is registered on the Ponta card scanned into Loppi.
《Solution》
1. Change your email settings to receive emails from "email@hmv.co.jp".
2. Check your "Spam" or "Promotions" folder for incoming emails.
3. 4. Contact HMV Customer Service with your correct email address.

2. The phone number entered when placing your order is incorrect.
{Solution}
1. Change your reception settings to receive SMS.
