What payment methods are available?

For domestic shipping (excluding orders from overseas customers):
*If you purchase without registering as a member, you can use credit card payment, PayPay, Rakuten Pay, cash on delivery, convenience store payment, etc.

*If you purchase after registering as a member, you can also use various coupons, Ponta points, and online gift certificates.

After March 31, 2025, you will need a credit card that supports the identity authentication service "3D Secure 2.0" and to set up the identity authentication service.
Please check with your credit card issuer to see if your credit card supports "3D Secure 2.0" and to set up the identity authentication service.

Credit card payments are only accepted in one lump sum. For installment payments, revolving payments, etc., please contact your card company.

《For orders made after March 31, 2025》

Credit card payment will be made at the time of ordering. After your order is accepted, a link for credit card payment will be displayed on the screen, so please continue with the payment procedure.
If you close the browser screen with the payment link displayed or are unable to make a successful payment, you can return to the payment screen from your order history in My Page within 30 minutes.
If payment is not completed within 30 minutes of accepting your order, your order will be canceled.


《For orders placed before March 30, 2025》

For credit card payments, the purchase amount for the shipped item will be charged at the time of order shipping [*1].
When updating your card, you can change your card information on the website only during the product backorder period. [*2]For details, please see here.
If credit card payment cannot be made at the time of shipping, and payment is not completed with new credit card information by the due date, the item subject to payment will be automatically canceled.
*1 If you order a product that requires a full deposit, you will need to pay the product price before it is delivered. For more information on full payment products, please see here.
*2 If you are using a special delivery item or Ponta points, you may not be able to change your payment card until you are notified of a payment error.



PayPay
PayPay registration is required to pay with PayPay.

After your order is accepted, a link for PayPay payment will be displayed on the screen, so please continue with the payment procedure.

If you close the browser screen with the PayPay payment link displayed or if you are unable to make a successful payment, you can go back to the payment screen from the order history in your My Page within 30 minutes.
If the payment is not completed within 30 minutes of receiving your order, your order will be canceled.

*If you use PayPay, you cannot cancel your order on an individual item basis after it has been accepted.
*If you use PayPay, you cannot change your payment method after it has been accepted.
*This cannot be used for product reservations where the scheduled shipping date is 180 days or later after your order.
*The maximum amount you can use is 500,000 yen (24 hours) or 2,000,000 yen (past 30 days).


Rakuten Pay
To pay with Rakuten Pay, you must register your Rakuten ID.
After your order is accepted, a link for Rakuten Pay payment will be displayed on the screen, so please proceed to log in and make the payment with your Rakuten ID.

If you close the browser screen with the link for Rakuten Pay payment displayed and are unable to make the payment successfully,
you can go back to the payment screen from My Page > Order History within 30 minutes.
If payment is not completed within 30 minutes of your order being accepted, your order will be canceled.

※ Cancellation of individual items after your order is accepted is not possible.
※ You cannot select delivery on a specified date and time, split delivery, or delivery to an overseas address.
※ Cannot be used to reserve products whose release date is 180 days or later.
※ Rakuten Pay cannot be used if the payment amount after using points and coupons is less than 100 yen.
※ You cannot change to another payment method after placing an order.
※ If you use Rakuten Pay, a credit limit is secured when your order is accepted and payment is confirmed at the time of shipment.
If several days have passed since your order was accepted, we will reconfirm (re-credit) your payment information,
If re-credit is not possible, payment cannot be made and your order will be canceled.


dPayment
dPayment is a payment service provided by Docomo.
If you have a d account, you can use it even if you do not have a Docomo line contract.

You can pay by combining telephone bill payment (※), d payment balance, d card/credit card other than d card and d points.

※Telephone bill payment can be used by those who have a line contract with Docomo.

Once your order is ready, we will send you an email requesting payment.
Please complete the payment procedure using the link in the email or the order history in your account.
We will ship your item after you have completed the payment procedure.

The estimated shipping date displayed when you place your order is the scheduled shipping date if the product is prepared and payment procedures are completed as quickly as possible.
For actual shipping, please check the "Ordered Item Shipping Notification" email sent after the shipping procedure is completed.

You cannot change your payment method after placing your order.

au PAY (Products will be shipped after payment is complete.)
au PAY is a payment service provided by KDDI.
If you have an au ID, you can use it even if you do not have an au line contract.

You can use a lump sum payment with your au PAY balance.

When your order is ready, we will send you an email requesting payment.
Please complete the payment procedure using the link in the email or the order history in your account.
Products will be shipped after payment is completed.

You cannot change your payment method after placing an order.

Convenience store, Pay-easy, online banking, Edy payment (Products will be shipped after payment is completed.)
Once the ordered products are ready, we will send you an email requesting payment. Please select the payment method that suits you from the selection screen in the email and proceed with the payment procedure.
Normally, we will ship the product the day after payment.
For back-ordered products and pre-ordered products, we will send you an email requesting payment after the product arrives.
The maximum amount of products you can order at one time is 300,000 yen including tax.
