    ショーソンでは、躍動を感じる演奏。２楽章はその昔、確かテレビ番組のテーマ音楽として使われていたこともあり、優しく懐かしい。ヴィエルヌは、ドラマチックであり、一味違う。ル・サージュのピアノの音が、深い光を発する宝石のように煌めいている。

    微妙な陰りがある声質で、ショーソンの曲趣によく合う。繊細な弱音の美しいことこの上ない。フランクの高弟ということでドビュッシーの印象主義とは流派を分かつわけだが、選曲もよく二人の音楽が引き立てあう極上の一枚。
