The standard time for delivery is an estimated period of time until we receive items after we order them to our suppliers. The estimate date is the date we shall dispatch the orders.
For example,
"In Stock - Order by 1 PM for Today Shipping / After 1 PM for Tomorrow Shipping"
This is for products that are in stock, which can be shipped on the same day if the order is placed by 1 PM.
If the order is placed after 1 PM the shipping will proceed the following day.
This service is only available when all products in the “Ship when Complete” order are all in stock.
Depending on the payment method, this service will not be available.
If orders are for shipping overseas, back-order, pre-order or include books or used items, this service will also not be available.
"In Stock - Shipped Today or +1 Day"
means we have a stock and able to dispatch from HMV Fulfillment Center within an order date or +1 day.
"For Order - usually sent within 1-3 weeks"
means items we order to our suppliers and try to obtain them within 1-3 weeks. We usually receive these items after 1-3 weeks.
"For Order - usually sent within 2-6 weeks (Limited Availability)"
means we can usually receive after 2-6 weeks, but they may be out of stock at our suppliers and there may be a delay in obtaining them. However, it does not necessarily mean they are completely unobtainable. There is a possibility to obtain these items from our suppliers and we leave them available for order.
If you select Timed Delivery, the date the e-mail is to be sent will be indicated.
If you select Payment at convenient stores, the date the e-mail about the payment is to be sent will be indicated.
Certain items may be out of stock with us at the time of your order. In this circumstance, we will place an order from our supplier.
PLEASE NOTE:
We endeavour to bring our customers every item ordered as much as we can from hmv.co.jp; however please remember stocks are limited and subject to availability. If an item becomes either discontinued or postponed its release, we will cancel your order. We will notify you via an e-mail in such instances.
In other case, certain items may be defered for its reproduction and be undetermined for its next press.
We aim to stock items for customers with our best, but if we are not able to make it available from our supplier within 6-month from "Estimated Delivery Date" shown in an order confimation e-mail sent from HMV Fulfillment Center, we will regard the product as an unobtainable. Under such cicumstances, we will cancel your order and will let you know via an e-mail.
