Orders will be shipped from HMV&BOOKS online or from the book warehouse of the distributor.
Inventory status will be posted on the website, including availability at HMV&BOOKS online or the book warehouse of the distributor.
Shipping may take some time depending on the payment method and delivery/receiving method you choose.
Some products may arrive before or after the release date or estimated shipping date.
About canceling an order
Due to time lags in updating inventory information, there may be cases where an item is available for purchase even though it is no longer on sale.
If we are unable to arrange for the item to be shipped, we will have no choice but to cancel the item.
