This is the 7th album U2 have released in 1991.
Shifting their musical direction to incorporate alternative rock, industrial, and electronic dance music influences into their sound.
Like the other U2 reissue albums ("Joshua Tree", "Boy", "October", "WAR", "Under a Blood Red Sky", "Unforgettable Fire") this is a special package which the members remastered fromthe original master tape.
