Payment for products requiring full deposit

If you order a product that requires a full deposit, you will be required to pay the product price before the product arrives or is shipped.

You can pay by credit card, PayPay, or at a convenience store, Pay-easy, online banking, Edy, etc.
The payment methods available vary depending on the product. We will guide you on the product page.


■If you choose PayPay as your payment method

After your order is accepted, a link for PayPay payment will be displayed on the screen, so please proceed with the payment procedure.
If payment is not completed within 30 minutes of accepting your order, your order will be canceled.


■If you choose credit card as your payment method (orders placed before March 30, 2025)

After you place your order, your credit card will be charged at the time set by our company. (It is not charged at the time of your order)
If credit card payment cannot be made at that time, your order will be canceled.
You cannot re-enter or re-pay your credit card details. Please note that canceled orders cannot be restored.

■If you choose to pay at a convenience store, etc.

After you place your order, we will send you a payment request email at the time we set, so please make payment by the deadline stated in the email.
If we are unable to confirm payment at a convenience store, etc. by the deadline, we will cancel your order.
Please note that canceled orders cannot be restored.


No matter which payment method you choose, we cannot accept cancellations or refunds, or changes to order details or delivery methods at your request.
In addition, for , if the ordered product is returned after shipment due to customer reasons (refusal to receive, long absence, unknown address, etc.), we will not be able to refund the ordered product, so please be aware of this.
