After placing a 3D Secure credit card order, I received a cancellation email 30 minutes later.

When selecting credit card payment, it is possible that the payment procedure was not completed according to the specified steps.
Please check the order screen below and confirm whether the payment process has been successfully completed.


After reviewing your order on the confirmation screen, please click the "Confirm Order" button.
Once clicked, the screen will switch to the one shown below.


Please complete the credit card payment within 30 minutes after the above screen is displayed.
By clicking “Proceed to Payment,” you will be taken to the credit card input or selection screen. Please follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment.

If the payment is not completed within 30 minutes, your order will be automatically canceled.
Please note that canceled orders cannot be restored.
