[3D Secure] An error code/error message appears when selecting credit card payment

If you see the following error code when selecting credit card payment, please contact your card company.


Error code Examples of main error reasons
S102000C Password authentication cannot be performed on the 3D Secure authentication screen, etc.
S102000W The card number you are using is not compatible with 3D Secure, etc.
S0010G97 The card company may not be ready, etc.
S0010G30 Card usage is temporarily suspended, etc.
S0010G12 Card usage is temporarily suspended for some reason, etc.


Error message
"We are very sorry. We cannot complete the transaction with the details you entered. Please check that there are no input errors and try again. If this message appears during payment, please consider using a different payment method."


If the above error message appears, credit card payments cannot be used due to security reasons.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please wait a few days and try again. If you are in a hurry, please consider using another payment method.
