I Can't Sign In. Why?

Some customers occasionally experience difficulties to Sign In. There are technical reasons why this happen and mostly due to variations in browser set-up.

Go to Contact HMV from the bottom of every page on the HMV Japan website. Click on Systems Inquiry on the left-hand menu.

It will be useful to us if you provide us with the following details:
- Browser Type
(Internet Explorer / Netscape Navigator etc.)
- Browser Version (Go to "Help Menu" of your browser and you will find it after "About...")
- Operating System (Windows 95,98, 2000 etc.)
- Computer Type (PC, Mac etc.)
- Language used (Japanese or English)
