    「D2Cブランドはプロダクトではなく世界観を売る」「おもてなしをデジタルへ」「プロダクトの機能向上≒顧客体験の向上」「4P→4Eへ。Exerience, Exchange, Evangelism, Every Place」「D2C企業もある一定の売上を達成すると成長率が下がり、かつての広告媒体、テレビCMなどに露出することになる」「米国でもEC市場は全体の11%、日本だと6%ほど」まだまだリアルチャネルのほうがCVは高いのだと気づいた。→コロナ禍でどう変化しただろうか？
