1975年にアメリカ/サンフランシスコのグレイト・アメリカン・ミュージック・ホールにて行われた「ストリートライフ・セレナーデ・ツアー」の模様を収録した２枚組ライヴ・アルバム『Live at The Great American Music Hall - 1975』。この２枚組ライヴ・アルバムには、ビリー・ジョエルの初期の楽曲の他、翌1976年に発売された『ニューヨーク物語（Turnstiles）』から、ビリーの代表曲となった「New York State Of Mind」 や「James」も収録されている他、ビリーが敬愛するジョー・コッカー、エルトン・ジョン、レオン・ラッセルの物真似も収録されるなど、初期のライヴの貴重な記録となっている。
