    論理的であり、感動的な書物です。 理屈にも感情にも心に刺さる「ことば」で書かれています。 知識として読み物のではなく、数多くの｢その場の感情でやった気になる」ための書物でなく、「生き方や行動を変えるために、変えることを願って」書かれた書物だと感じます。 一時間のＤＶＤがついています。まだ視聴はしていませんが講演録だそうです。年末年始、心機一転のきっかけに視聴したいと計画しています。 自分のために生きるのに疲れたとき 誰かのために生きる意味をしりたいとき 生きるという行動と価値を知りたいとき そんなときに読んで見て下さい。
