    まず最初に、ここに記載されている曲目とは内容がまったく異なっていますので御注意ください。（おそらく同シリーズの他の商品のが誤って記載されてるのではと思われます） 実際の内容は、「シューシャインボーイ」などのベイシー時代、カンサス、キーノート、アラジンの各セッションと「ブルーレスター」「ナット・キング・コールとのトリオ」からの抜粋などで成り立っています。 レスター好調期の演奏がまとめて楽しめるお得なセットと言えましょう。ただ同じような内容で出ている４枚組の「The Lester Young Story」の方がどちらかというとお薦めです！
