やはり初期のセーラームーンは最高です。だめだめな月野うさぎが少しずつたくましくなっていく姿や仲間が増えていくところがみていてワクワクします。

This is vol.1 of the season, containing episodes 1-24 on 4 discs. The case is very nice. It has a delicate design featuring sparkly words in english on the cover. Once the cover is removed, the 4 discs are housed in a wide clear DVD case. Which I was a tad disappointed in. Inside the DVD case is super plain! If it’s a clear case they should have added more images on the inside. It’s only white. Luckily, the disc labels are in full color. You get many advertisements inside, as well as a small episode guide booklet. The discs seem to have the same content as the previous DVD releases. I wish they would have cleaned up the animation a bit more, as some parts are still missing the right color. =( Is this a buy? Only if you never collected the previous DVD releases, then yes. If you already own the previous DVDs, I’d suggest it’s not needed to get these, in less your a collector, as there is nothing new on these.
