協奏曲は、オケが録音の関係でブラームス特有の重厚さが出ないのが残念であるが、バックハウスはベームとの息もぴったりで、戦後の録音を凌駕している。小品も含めて、ブラームスのピアノ曲の名演は、壮年期のバックハウスの録音に尽きると思う。2 people agree with this review
