当時、Feel the painのヘンテコなPVに惹か...

当時、Feel the painのヘンテコなPVに惹かれて買いました。脱力系のヴォーカルと反するように、轟くギターが最高かっこいい！と衝撃を受けました。特にGrab itの冒頭のギター、そしてGrab it、Get out of thisのソロには痺れました。 当時、自分にとってヘヴィメタル、ハードロック離れが決定的になった一枚。ロックの価値観を変えた一枚のひとつですね。

当時、国内盤の帯に「最小限のサウンドに詰め込んだありったけのエモーション」とありましたが、まさにその通りの素晴らしいアルバムです。心の奥底から溢れ出した魂の、泣きの轟音ギターソロが最高です。

10何年前に中古でジャケ買いした自分にとっての１st Dinosaur jr。他のどのアーティストにも似ていない独自の世界観。当時何も知らずになんとなく買った1枚だったので、聞いてみて超おどれぇた。すごすぎです。それ以来、ずっとファンです。ＨＭＶに反して、私もこれが彼らの最高傑作だと思います。
