2004年3月29日スタートのNHK連続ドラマ『天花』のオリジナル・サウンドトラック。主題歌はMISIAが歌い、話題のヒロイン役には藤澤恵麻が佐藤天花を演じる。今作のサウンドトラックを担当するのいは、あに『狗神』や『突入でよあさま山荘事件』等を手がけた村松崇継が担当。収録内容はMISIAの話題曲「名前のない空を見上げて」のインストゥルメンタル等、ドラマ内BGMを収録予定。
