1975年作品。ＣＢＳテレビのアニメ特番に合わせて発表されたサウンドトラック盤。原作者の絵本作家であるモーリス・センダックが全歌詞を手がけ、キャロルがメロディを付けた作品。ここでのキャロルは子供の目線で書かれた歌の数々を主人公であるロージーやその仲間たちになりきって生き生きと歌っており、ある意味ではキャロル・キング主演のミュージカルとも言える内容。キャロルのピアノにリズムセクションと言うシンプルな構成ながら、彼女の娘であるシェリーとルイーズがヴォーカルで参加し、心温まる隠し味もこの作品ならでは。
