演奏に関しては今更申し上げることはございません。 問題はアナログの音質です。 今回はジミー・ペイジ自らの陣頭指揮でリマスターを行ったとの事。 CD（リマスターでない）と比較して聴きました。 高音域の伸びはCDの方がスムーズに伸びていますが、ヒスノイズが目立ちます。本ＬＰでは高域のノイズカット処理をしたらしいことが分かりました。 本LPの方が音が太くて楽器の分離も良く聞えます。 一曲目のテルミンの音が左右に飛び交うところの迫力は大変すばらしい！ エコーのかけ方も押さえ気味なので楽器やロバート・プラントの声などが生々しく聞こえます。 アナログ・ファンとしては仮にマスタリング時に一度デジタイズされてしまっているとは分かりつつもこちらを選んでしまいました。
