初のライヴ盤となる本作は『Songs About Jane』を引っ提げてスタートさせたツアーの集大成となった2005年3月から5月にかけて行われたUSツアーでの5/13、サンタバーバラで行われたライヴを完全収録。この日のライヴでは全アルバム収録曲に加えOasisの"Hello"のカヴァー曲などを演奏、さらに新曲"Wasted Years"までも披露しましたが、これらを余すところなく収録！
DVDにはライヴのほかにドキュメンタリーやインタビュー映像も収録です！

「HELLO」！！全然カッコええやないっすか。 アダムの声質、見事にハマってるし。 何より本当に楽しそうに演奏するメンバーの姿が観れるんですから。
