LOCOMOTIVE解散後に中心人物であるノーマン・ヘインズが結成したバンドの'71年唯一のアルバムです。 LOCOMOTIVEの管弦楽を配したクラシカルなサイケ/シンフォ/プログレ指向から、バンド中心のよりソリッドなサウンドに変化していますが、LOCOMOTIVEのMR.ARMAGEDDONを取り上げたり、⑥、⑦の組曲形式の大作があったりと、アート色の強いサイケ/プログレ指向、バラエティーに富んだ曲作りは健在です。 LOCOMOTIVEは解散後に、アーシーでポップ寄りのDOG THAT BIT PEOPLEというもうひとつのバンドを生み出しますが、LOCOMOTIVEの音楽性を決定づけていたノーマン・ヘインズの才能にあらためて感心させられます。
