大人気TVアニメーション『マクロスF』の歌姫ランカ・リーとして、鮮烈なデビューを飾った中島愛の2ndシングルは、TBS系ドラマ 愛の劇場『大好き! 五つ子』主題歌に「ノスタルジア」大抜擢!
さらに大ヒットアニメ「マクロスF」の公式HPで実施した、『ランカ・リー=中島愛が歌うマクロス楽曲を大募集☆キラッ』でもっともリクエストの多かった「天使の絵の具」をカップリングトラックとして収録!
テレビアニメ『マクロスF（フロンティア）』のランカ・リー役としてキラ星のごとくデビューした中島愛（めぐみ）の、遂に満を持してのオリジナル楽曲によるシングルが登場!!
1月28日にリリースされるオリジナルマキシシングル「天使になりたい」。
