In 20098 Motown Records will be celebrating the 50th year since founded by Perry Gordie Jr. in Detroit in January. The legendary record label that represented black music and spearheaded the entire African-American culture, generating dozens and dozens of brilliant artists and hits, are commemorating this special occasion with "M50 Project" starting this December!! As an advance starter a compilation of Motown hits according to fans votes will be released!!

The album is to be released as a best compilation in celebration of the label's 50th year of history. 50 tracks, as in the "50th" anniversary, are to be included in this triple-CD package, all of whose tracks have been selected according to fans votes round the world!! This Japanese edition obviously will be based on YOUR votes - send in your say NOW!

The poll will be closed on November 3rd at 24:00 (Japan time)! What's more one of the luckiest voters from round the world will win a travel to "Hitsville (Detroit)" where Motown originated! You will be automatically enrolled for this lucky draw campaign when you ballot in for the compilation. (The winner will be directly contacted.)


How to Vote in Your Own Top 5 Motown Hits:
1.　Check your favourites from the "Motown Top Hits" list, and put your cursor on the "vote" sign next to the title you select.
2.　"□１・□２・□３・□４・□５" will appear - move your cursors to the number that you think the selected track would apply and click. Do this for each of 5 tracks selected, then they will be listed in accordance with the numbered order as "Your Top 5"!。
3.　After selecting 5 tracks, fill in your personal info: Name, e-mail address, phone number, other favourite tracks than listed, and country (Important: Please select "Japan" for the Japan edition).
