mitsu the beats Gagleファンならご存知、サウンドの要となる DJ Mitsu The BeatsとDJ Mu-Rによるユニット、Sound Maneuvers。仙台のCLUB ADDで 開催されているレギュラー・パーティの名前を冠にしたミックスCDが昨年秋にリリースされ、HMVオンラインでもスマッシュヒットを記録しましたが、 そのSound Maneuversが今度は巷で噂の発掘シリーズLost & FoundシリーズのMix CD部門第一弾として、パーティでもパワープレイされている不朽のクラシックを ミックスした『Sound Maneuvers Classics』をリリースします。

Lost & Found本シリーズの第19弾

埋もれてはいけない作品がそこにはある・・・。『Lost & Found』シリーズの最新作はDVD！ しかも、シーンを代表するプロデューサーによる人気パーティRoot Downのサウンドクラッシュ伝説の3夜を完全収録したDVDです。

Root DownはBreakestraの中心人物のMusic Man Miles、LAシーンのカリスマであった故DJ Dusk、 人気フォトグラファーB+による人気パーティーで、その中の名物イベントSoundclashの中でも伝説となっている3夜を映像化。 どちらが観客をロックするかを勝負するサウンドクラッシュ、対決カードは以下の通り。

Cut Chemist vs Madlib
・Cut Chemist･･･ご存知、元Jurassic 5のDJ/プロデューサー。ソロ名義でメジャーからデビュー済み。DJ Shadowとのユニットでも活躍。
・Madlib･･･アンダーグラウンド･ヒップホップ界を代表するプロデューサー。Stones Throwから様々な名義でジャンルレスな作品を発表。

Will I Am vs Thes One
・Will I Am･･･今や日本の若者の間でも知らない人はいないほど有名になったBlack Eyed Peasの頭脳。LA出身でアンダーグラウンド･シーンのアーティストとも交流は深い。
・Thes One･･･People Under the Stairsのトラックメイカー、Tresレーベルのオーナー。ソロでも『Lifestyle Marketing』を発表。今回のDVDのCD版『Live at The Root Down Soundclash』はリリース済み。

Exile vs Oh No
