Research and Development
In Research and Development, Deadcell84 presents a series of images that read like internal documents from an unnamed corporation operating at the edge of ethics and innovation. Figures appear suited, masked, procedural—caught between science and enforcement. The compositions are precise and stripped of commentary. No narrative is provided. No context is confirmed. What remains is the suggestion of infrastructure: systems in motion, research underway, intentions obscured.

「Research and Development」において、Deadcell84は、倫理と革新の境界で活動する名もなき企業の内部資料を思わせるイメージ群を提示する。

登場する人物たちはスーツやマスクを身につけ、手順に従う存在として描かれ、科学と統制のあいだに立たされている。構図は精密で、余計な説明は一切排されている。

物語は提示されない。
文脈も明かされない。

残されるのは、ただインフラストラクチャーの気配――
稼働するシステム、進行する研究、そして覆い隠された意図の存在である。





Bio
Deadcell84 (b. 1984) is a Los Angeles–based visual artist whose practice centers on meticulous pen-and-ink illustrations depicting a shadowed pharmaceutical and weapons entity known as DeadLabs. Each drawing is rendered by hand, then scanned, digitized, and translated into screen prints that retain the tension of the original line work. Very little is publicly known about the artist, by design. He does not offer statements, explanations, or appearances. The work stands alone—clinical, restrained, and quietly disquieting.

Deadcell84（1984年生まれ）は、ロサンゼルスを拠点に活動するビジュアルアーティスト。
彼の制作は、DeadLabsと呼ばれる謎に包まれた製薬・兵器組織をモチーフに、緻密なペン＆インクによるドローイングを中心としている。

すべての作品は手描きで制作された後、スキャン・デジタル化され、原画の緊張感ある線を保ったままシルクスクリーン作品へと展開される。

アーティストについて公に知られている情報は、意図的にごく限られている。
本人はステートメントや解説、メディアへの露出を行わない。

作品そのものがすべてを語る――
それは冷徹で抑制的、そして静かに不穏さを漂わせている。
