 ピアニスト→ビートメーカーという感覚mabanuaバンドのキーボード奏者として活躍。TWIGYやCOMA-CHIのライブにてピアニストとしても参加するKan Sanoのデビューアルバム。モントレー･ジャズフェスティバルにも参加するなど、本格的なジャズに携わってきたバックグラウンドを持っている。そのKan Sanoの作風もまた正統派のピアノジャズと思いきや、Flying Lotusを思わせるような野太いビートを吐き出す完全なビートメイカー。黒く、重く、太く、広がりのあるビートにフュージョンやブギーのテイストを持ったコズミック・サウンドは秀逸！
