Procedure of receiving at the convenience stores

If you select the "Convenience Store Pickup" option, the process will be as follows:

1. After payment confirmation, the items will be shipped to your specified convenience store.
* Please note that there will be no email notification upon shipment completion.

2. Once the items are ready for pickup at the specified convenience store, an email titled "Notification of Convenience Store Pickup Start for Your Order" will be sent, detailing the pickup method and pickup period.
Please refer to the email and pick up your items at the specified convenience store within the period.
* Usually, the items will be ready for pickup within 3 to 5 days after payment confirmation (depending on the delivery area).

* Items will be packaged in cardboard or envelopes. Please note that items will be handed over in their packaging at the store.
* The pickup period is 7 days after the items arrive at the pickup location. Please check the "Pickup Start Notification Email" or your order history on My Page for details.
* The pickup period cannot be extended under any circumstances.
* If you do not pick up your items within the pickup period, your order will be canceled after the items are returned, and the amount will be refunded via online gift certificate, deducting a "refund fee of 600 yen." Payment fees, shipping fees, and
other non-product costs will not be refunded. The refund process will take approximately 3 to 4 weeks after the return of the items.
