In-stock items will be delivered approximately 3-5 days after your order, while pre-order items will be delivered around the release date.
The delivery date for pre-ordered items will vary depending on the manufacturer's stock availability and delivery status to the store. We cannot guarantee that items will arrive on the release date.

*You will not be able to collect your items until you receive the "Pickup Start Notification."
*All items will be delivered together per order. Items cannot be delivered in multiple shipments. We recommend placing separate orders for items with different release dates, or for pre-ordered and released items.
*Each order will be delivered in a cardboard box or envelope. Please note that items will be handed out in their original packaging at the store.
