- Items can be searched, pre-ordered and reserved at physical HMV STORES by HMV ONLINE.
- This service will not apply to all items available at HMV STORES.
- 1 item per customer will be accepted for pre-order and reservation.
- This service is only for registered Lawson WEB Members. (Requires Name, Email, Phone Number)
- When this service is available "Pre-order at HMV STORE" or "Reserve at HMV STORE" will be visible. "Pre-order" and "Reserve" button will be visible next to the HMV STORE with when the requested item is available.
- When "Pre-order" or "Reserve" is selected on the final page you will be given a Order Number. The order number will also be notified via mail.
- The mail will be sent from yoyaku@go.hmv.co.jp . Please set your PC, mobile phone to accept email from this address.
- Pick up date period and deadlines will be on the mail.
- If you do not receive a mail within 24 hours, please contact the store.
- Payment will be required when picking up your order.
- Ponta Point will be added at the time of payment. The campaign may differ among stores.
- If the order is not picked up by the deadline the order will be cancelled.

NOTICE
- HMV ONLINE Price, Ponta Points and Campaigns on HMV ONLINE will not apply when pre-ordering and picking up orders at physical HMV STORE. Price may also differ with each store.
- The availability of items is updated every hour. Items may be out of stock at the time of order. For details please contact the store.
- This service is to check stocks and pre-order at HMV STORES and is not to place orders to other addresses or to other stores.
