■How to charge your online gift voucher from your HMV gift card
You can charge your online gift voucher with any amount from your gift card here, and use it to shop at HMV&BOOKS online.

[Please note the following points when using]

*Member registration is required to use this service.
* Regardless of the expiration date of the gift card, the expiration date of the online gift certificate is one year from the date of charging (conversion).
* Online gift certificates cannot be used for convenience store pickup. Please select home delivery when ordering.
* If the order amount is higher than the online gift certificate you have, please choose to pay the difference by credit card or cash on delivery. (Cannot be used in conjunction with other payment methods.)
* If the order amount is lower than the online gift certificate you have, the online gift certificate for the difference can be used again on your next order.

* Please note that we do not accept cancellations after charging an online gift certificate.
* Once the amount has been charged to an online gift certificate, it cannot be returned to the gift card.
* It may not be possible to use it for orders of some products, such as products with limited payment methods and game products.
*Online gift certificates cannot be used at HMV stores, Lawson Ticket, HMV&BOOKS online 1st store on Rakuten Ichiba, HMV&BOOKS online Yahoo! store, HMV&BOOKS online on au PAY Market, HMV&BOOKS online on Amazon Marketplace, or HMV stores or online shops in other countries.
*Online gift certificates cannot be used in combination with Ponta points.
*Online gift certificates can only be topped up at HMV&BOOKS online. They cannot be topped up at HMV stores.
