●What is au PAY (au Easy Payment)?
au PAY (au Easy Payment) is a payment service that allows you to pay by combining your monthly au mobile phone bill with your monthly au mobile phone bill by logging in with your au ID when making a purchase.
When using this service, please use your au smartphone to place your order using the au line.
This service cannot be used from a wi-fi connection or PC.
*The maximum amount of items you can order at one time is 50,000 yen including tax.
Products will be shipped after payment is completed.
We will send you an email requesting payment once the items you ordered are in stock.
Please pay via the link in the email or through the order history in your account.
(For back-ordered items and pre-ordered items, we will send you an email requesting payment after the items arrive.)
*If you wish to change from au PAY (au Easy Payment) to another payment method, you will not be able to change your payment method if you are using PONTA points (including some) to pay.
According to au regulations, if you exceed your monthly usage limit, you may not be able to make a payment.

The shipping estimate shown is the expected shipping date if the payment procedure is completed as soon as possible. For actual shipping, please check the "Notice of Order Shipment" email sent after the shipping procedure is completed.
●About Shipping
If you select au PAY (au Easy Payment), only bulk shipping is available.
You also cannot use the option to specify the delivery date and time.
Items will be shipped after payment is completed, so if you are in a hurry, please consider using another payment method.
●About the payment period
The payment period for au PAY (au Easy Payment) is 10 days. (The payment period cannot be extended.)
If the payment deadline has passed, your order will be automatically canceled. Please note that once an order has been canceled, it cannot be restored.
●About the upper limit of your credit limit
If the upper limit of the month is exceeded at the time of payment, you will not be able to make a payment.
If you do not change your payment method, we will send you an email requesting you to make a payment again at the beginning of the following month, so please make the payment again.
※Please contact au for the upper limit of your credit limit.
※Payment can only be carried over to the following month once per order. From the second time onwards, please choose to change your payment method or cancel your order.
