The actual settlement procedure will be carried out for the credit card information entered when placing an order a few days before to the day of shipment.
Please note that we cannot accept requests for specific settlement dates.
If you order a product that requires a full deposit, you will be required to pay the product price before the product arrives and is shipped.

You can change the credit card you use to place your order from the order history screen in "My Page" on the website, but only before all of your ordered items arrive.
1. After logging in, click "Order Status"
2. Click the relevant order number
3. Click the "Order Options (Change)" button
4. After selecting credit card payment, click "Change"
5. After re-entering your credit card information, click "Change"
*Changes cannot be made if the product is being prepared for shipment or has already been shipped.
*If some of the products in your order have already been shipped, we cannot accept changes to the credit card information or payment method for the remaining products.
*Changes cannot be made in advance for orders without membership registration.
If an error occurs with the credit card payment being prepared for shipment,
an email will be automatically sent to inform you of the payment error, and you will be able to re-enter your credit card information from the URL listed in the email.
*For full-payment products, you cannot change your credit card after your order is confirmed.

If your credit card payment cannot be made at the time of shipment of your order, we will inform you by automatic email.
When you receive this email, please log in to your account yourself, click on the relevant order number from "Order Status", and re-enter your available credit card information.
If you re-execute the payment procedure and the payment is successful, your item will be shipped.
*If you are unable to make a credit card payment, we will contact you by email, so please re-enter your card information.
If you do not re-enter and complete the payment by the specified date, your order will be automatically canceled.
*If a credit card error occurs, we may not be able to deliver your order at the delivery date and time you specified.
*Since credit card information is protected by security, we cannot investigate the reason why your credit card payment could not be made. Please check with your credit card company.
