You can change your payment method after placing your order on the website only during the product back-order period.
<How to change>
1. After logging in, click "Order History"
2. Click the relevant order number
3. Click the "Order Options (Change)" button
4. Click "Change" for payment method
5. Click "Confirm and return"
6. Click "Confirm changes"
※Changes cannot be made if you use Ponta points for payment.
※Orders made with credit cards after March 31, 2025 cannot be changed to other payment methods.
※Changes from other payment methods to credit cards cannot be made after March 31, 2025.
*We cannot accept changes from PayPay to other payment methods, or from other payment methods to PayPay.
*We cannot accept changes from Rakuten Pay to other payment methods, or from other payment methods to Rakuten Pay.
*We cannot accept changes from Pay Later to other payment methods, or from other payment methods to Pay Later.
*We cannot accept changes from au PAY to other payment methods, or from other payment methods to au PAY.
*We cannot accept changes if the product is being prepared for shipment or has already been shipped.
*If some of the products in your order have already been shipped, we cannot accept changes to the payment method for the remaining products.
*Only registered customers can change the payment method after the order has been confirmed.
*There are some products for which we cannot accept changes to the payment method after the order has been confirmed, such as products with full deposits and products with special shipping charges.
