Due to the invoice system, the method of issuing receipts has changed "after September 21, 2023".
Before the change: The product will be delivered with a delivery note and receipt included.
↓
After the change: The product will only include a delivery note. You can check the receipt from your order history.
【How to display receipts】
○If you are logged in and placing an order.
Log in to "My Page" ⇒ "Confirm/change order" ⇒ "Order history"
Check the relevant order from the list and press the "Show receipt" button.
Please print or take a screenshot to use as a receipt.
○Ordering without membership registration
On the Order confirmation page for ordering without membership registration,
Enter the email address and order number used when placing the order, proceed to "Next" and press the "Show receipt" button.
Print the screen or take a screenshot and use it as a receipt.
※Receipts can be issued (the receipt button is displayed on the order history screen)
2-3 days after shipment (2-3 days after receipt is completed for cash on delivery).
※Receipts can be displayed for 2 years from the date of issue (the date the receipt button starts to appear on the order history screen).
* Receipts issued for "cash on delivery" or "convenience store payment"
After the implementation of the invoice system, they cannot be used as official receipts,
Please issue a receipt using the method above.
