The Item I Received is Wrong - What Should I Do?

If the wrong item is sent to you please report the error as soon as possible, to the Customer Service Department. If you click on the button below you will taken to a page where you can e-mail the Customer Service Department directly.

Please ensure that you include your name, order number, details of the item that was sent to you and details of the item that you had ordered.

If your return is valid the Customer Support Center will issue you with a return number. When you have this, please send the item back by collect, indicating the return number on the airway bill.

We will place a new order for your item and, as soon as it has been received, arrange for immediate delivery. If the item you have ordered cannot be found (because it is out of stock, deleted, etc.), we will cancel the item and give you refund.

Please note that returns will not be accepted more than 7 days after the delivery date.
