When you click on the "Move To Wishlist" button, the contents of your Shopping Cart will be transferred into your Wishlist.
A Wishlist is very much like a Shopping Cart - except that you cannot purchase from there. Customers use their Wishlists like a reminder - they may be interested in certain titles so they keep them on their Wishlist. At a later date some of these titles will be purchased, some will be deleted.


Wish List – Introduction of New Functions


1. You are able to make a new list
. - You can make as many list as you want.
- You can register up to 100 items in a new list that you have made
. - You can register up to 1,000 items in your “Main List”.

2. You are able to register a comment and buying history.

3. You are able to simplify a list and browse.

4. You are able to print out a list.

5. You are able to disclose a list through HMV ONLINE.

6. You are able to send your “Wish List” to your friend by E-mail.

7. You are able to edit/browse your list by cell-phone (HMV MOBILE).




1. You are able to make a new list

- You can make as many list as you want.
- You can register up to 100 items in a new list that you have made
. - You can register up to 1,000 items in your “Main List”.


An existing “Wish List” has been renamed to “Main List”.
When an user clicks on the “Add to Wish List” button, an item automatically moves to “Main List”.
You are able to make a new list and move items from “Main List”.




1) Select ”Move to Other List” or “Copy to Other List”
2) Select “Make New List” and click on an action button.


A new list appears by the name of “New List 1”.



When you change a list name or edit comment, 1) click on the “Edit” button, 2) enter a new name or comment and click on the “Save” button.



Registration Information shows up like the following.




2. You are able to register a comment and buying history.

When you register a comment, 1) write a comment in a comment box and 2) click on the “Save” button. You are able to write a different comment on one item by different list.



When you register buying history, 1) click on the “Not Purchased” button and an icon changes to “Have Purchased”. If you have same item in the multiple lists, edit action will reflect to the all items.




3. You are able to simplify a list and browse.

If you click on the test link “List” at the “display format”, you are able to simplify your list.




4. You are able to print out a list.

You are able to print out your “Wish List”. “Display format” can be either “Detail” or “List”.




5. You are able to disclose a list through HMV ONLINE.

You can disclose a list that you have made through HMV ONLINE.
* You can not disclose “Main List”.


Click on the “Edit” button placed next to the “List Name”, select "Disclosure" and click on the “Save” button.



Registered Item reflects to an item detail page (section titled “List which contains this item”)



A similar list with your “Wish List” (not disclosed list but edited list) displays.




6. You are able to send your “Wish List” to your friend by E-mail.

You can send your original list to your friend by E-mail.
* You can not send “Main List”.

1) Click on the “Edit” button placed next to the “List Name”. 2) Select “Disclosure” or “Limited Disclosure”. 3) Click on the “Save” button.
