Deliveries inside Japan

HMV.co.jp is currently offering a Free Freight Campaign. Orders with over ￥2,500 of merchandise, including sales taxes, are eligible for free shipping. This offer is limited to orders shipped to addresses within Japan with "ship when complete" option.

For customers who have selected either "two shipments" or "ship as soon as items are available" and whose orders are total over ￥2,500 (including sales taxes), the standard shipping rate of ￥368 (incl.tax) will be charged for the second and any following deliveries. (the number of deliveries x ￥368 (incl. tax inside Japan)).
If the order value is less than ￥2,500 (including sale taxes), the standard shipping rate of ￥368(incl. tax) is applied for all orders delivered inside Japan.



 Deliveries outside Japan

As the delivery cost may be different from the actual delivery cost charged for orders, please consider the delivery cost shown in the table as the reference.
Please note that the delivery cost is determined according to the weight of the items,
therefore, it may become higher than the one shown at the timing of placing an order in cases that the order includes box set, etc.

The following special charges may be added to the standard carriage depending on the situation.

In case the recipient is absent at the timing of delivery for more than 14 days,
or if the customer refuses to receive the orders, the orders will be returned to us.
In this case, the delivery cost will be at the expense of the customers.
In some countries, customs and duty charges are imposed on the customer at the time of delivery.
