河上徹太郎の「ドン・ジョバンニ」を読んで、ためしに聴いてみたら、本当にすばらしかった。クレンペラーファンなのででたまたま買っておいたのだが、一躍お宝CDに昇格した。4 people agree with this review

当時椅子に座って指揮していたクレンペラーが興奮のあまり突然立ち上がり、最後までそのまま指揮したという有名な演奏。キャストも録音もよく、ケレンペラーのオペラ録音では最上のものと思うが、話題にならないのはなぜなのか。4 people agree with this review
