2つの生地を基本として応用していく形なので基本の生地を覚えると自分でもオリジナルのパンが作れるようになると思います。門間みかさんのレシピは覚えやすいし作りやすいのでパン作りが難しいと思っている人に是非手に取って欲しいです。0 people agree with this review
