City pop giant Junk Fujiyama released their first major album from Victor in 2013. They made their indie debut in 2009, and the late drummer Shuichi "Ponta" Murakami, who heard the album, fell in love with his voice and formed a special band to support him. This album also features many first-call musicians such as Ponta, Kiyotsugu Amano (G), Tsuyoshi Kon (G), Akira Okazawa (B), Masanori Sasaji (Key), Akira Inoue (Key), and Nobu Saito (Per), who support him. It also includes the long version of their major debut single "Ano Sora no Mukougawa e," which was a hit in a TV commercial tie-up, as well as the singles "PROUD/EGAO" and "Sheldal". It is full of Junk-style evolved city pop based on the essence of AOR, crossover, funk, etc.
