Please note that you cannot pick up your item by bringing the receipt/customer copy provided to you when you placed your order directly to the register.
When your item is ready for pickup at the convenience store you specified when placing your order, we will send you an email or SMS to the email address or phone number you registered when you placed your order.
【By Email】
1. Enter the 【Pickup Inquiry Number】 and 【Authentication Number】 listed in the email into Loppi and bring the printed receipt to the register.
2. Click the URL for the 【Pickup Barcode】 listed in the email and present the displayed barcode to the cashier.
*Please pick up your order using either method @ or A.
【Short Message (SMS)】
Click the URL in the short message, enter your name in kana (as entered when placing your order) and the HMV order number or 16-digit application number printed on your receipt/customer copy on the "Order Confirmation" screen, and press "Next."
@ Enter the "Pickup Inquiry Number" and "Authentication Number" printed on the "Order Summary" screen into Loppi, and bring the printed pickup receipt to the register.
A Click the URL for the "Product Pickup Barcode" printed on the "Order Summary" screen, and present the displayed barcode to the cashier.
*Please pick up your order using either method @ or A.
