Your order will be cancelled if your delivery falls into any of the following reasons.
1) If you have not contacted the delivery company within 7days from the day you received the absence note, the package will be returned to HMV and the order will be cancelled.
2) If the person at the Delivery address rejects the receipt of the package.
3) If you had selected COD payment option and haven't received the package within 7 days from the day we sent you the despatch email, your order will be cancelled. If your selected payment option is Credit card, Convinience store, the payment will not be refunded.
