For "convenience store pickup", when the package arrives at the designated convenience store and is available for pickup, we will send you a "Notice for starting convenience store pickup of your ordered items" that describes how to pick up your order.
However, depending on the email service you use, the email may be judged as spam or advertising email and automatically quarantined in the spam folder, or it may be rejected before it reaches your mailbox and you may not be able to see the notification email.
Even if you cannot see the notification email, you can check the receipt method from My Page. If you do not receive the notification email even after the scheduled pickup date has passed, please check this as well.

AAccess your order history
Access "Order history" from the menu to confirm or change your order.

BCheck the order display
Orders that are now available for pick-up at a convenience store will be displayed with "【IMPORTANT】Please confirm this order".
Once this display appears, you can check the receipt number, authentication number, collection procedure, and deadline on the relevant order details page.
