If you see the message "The postal code does not match the carrier's delivery list"

Due to municipal mergers and updates to the postal code list managed by delivery companies, we may not be able to accept your order if the delivery address information remains the same as when you placed your previous order.

When placing an order, on the "Change/Register Delivery Address" screen, delete the registered delivery address from the list of registered delivery addresses, and then specify a new delivery address in the "Specify new delivery address" field.
When entering an address, after entering the postal code, click the "Get address from postal code" button, and the address that matches the postal code list will be automatically entered up to the "city, ward, town, or village," so please use the "Get address from postal code" button when entering your address.
