Your order will be cancelled if your delivery falls into any of the following 1, 2, 3 or 4.

1) If you have not contacted the delivery company within 7days from the day you received the absence note, the package will be returned to HMV and the order will be cancelled.
2) If the person at the Delivery address rejects the receipt of the package.
3) If you had selected COD payment option and haven't received the package within 7 days from the day we sent you the despatch email, your order will be cancelled. If your selected payment option is Credit card, Lawson, or Chocom, the refund procedure will be as follows:
4) If you haven't received the package within the item pick-up expiry date at the Lawson store you selected, your order will be cancelled.

Please note that if the returning occur by the absence, incorrect address, frailer of
Changing address, we will not resend the package even if you are willing to pay
Extra delivering fee.
