What is “Timed Delivery”?

"Timed delivery" is a option, which enables you to specify the date and the time for your order to be delivered, so that you don't need to waste your time waiting for your order to arrive.
Please select the "Timed delivery" option at the time of checkout. "Timed delivery" is applied to domestic delivery for the area where the Timed delivery service available.

* If all the items in your order are in-stock/24hr, or if all the items in the first delivery of your order are 24 hr items, we will ask you to specify the date and the time when you confirm your order.
* If your order contains 24 hr items and multiple normal-order items,
you are able to select " Timed delivery" at the time of checkout. After all the items are received for despatch,we will send you a "time-specify request e-mail"
Please specify the date and the time frame from "Account" in our web site with the process mentioned in this e-mail.
You are able to select a date in two week period from the earliest despatch date, and select a time from a two-hour time frame. As soon as you specify the date and time, we will start the despatch process.
If we could not confirm your request in "Account" within 7 days after we sent the time-specify request e-mail, we will deliver your order with the standard delivery. We will ship your order according to the delivery schedule you specify on the website. Depending on the time you access My Account to specify your delivery schedule, the earliest time you can select may change. Normally the earliest time you are able to specify is in 2 to 3 days ahead. Also, please bear in mind that you cannot specify the exact time of your delivery, but the select from a 2-hr time frame.
Please be careful when you specify your delivery schedule, because you cannot change it once it's submitted. In the event we do not receive your delivery schedule request within 7 days of this e-mail, we will process your order with standard shipping procedure.

※Please note there may occasionally be cases that delivery will not arrive within the specified time frame because of seasonal reasons and weather conditions, etc.
